Gather: Does your hotel offer event planners that chance to offset the CO2 emissions of their event?

List your ESG credentials and communicate with clients

Use LightStay Meeting Impact Calculator. Ensure the client knows that the environmental impact anticipated for the event can be generated.

Remove single use plastics and other items from event space no single use cutlery, no single use plastic bottles, no disposable coffee cups.

Sustainable alternatives Request responsible sourcing solutions for commonly purchased event items
